Magnolia – Marker Coloring Book

I love the Altenew Marker Coloring Book (and its Watercolor Coloring Book counterpart) for the beautiful and easy to color arrangements. Each page has a black outline (shown above) and a grey faded outline for no-outline coloring. The paper in the marker coloring book makes Altenew Artist Marker blending a breeze. The pages are also the perfect size for A2 sized note cards.

Stitched Shiny Forest

The combinations in Tree Mix Die Set make beautiful and sophisticated focal points. I used the Gilded Metallic Cardstock Set to cut a variety of the solid trees. I overlaid these trees with the smaller layer of dies and cut them from white cardstock.

I pulled out my sewing machine and threaded the Enchanted Gold Metallic Thread directly through my machine. After adjusting the tension, I stitched the trees and linear background embellishments for even more dimensional texture.

Stellar & Stunning Starflowers

I started with a deckled edge die cut from a gold heat embossed Illusion Diamonds Stamp Set background. I did this gold embossing on top of coral colored cardstock. Then I rose gold embossed the first detail layer from Stunning Starflower Stamp Set. I cut the embossed pieces and arranged my floral arrangement around a gold heat embossed sentiment and other embellishments.
