This release celebrates friendships with its charming images, flowers, and heartfelt sentiments. Show your bestie how much you care, or reach out to a long-lost buddy! We can’t wait to see how you use the products in this collection.
Marvelously Mauve Rosa

Altenew released the Build-A-Garden Magnificent Branch Bundle in May 2022. There is now a coordinating add-on die for the stamp set that effortlessly cuts the entire image. I mimicked the last card I made with this stamp set to showcase the coordinating Magnificent Branch Add-On Die.
How To Make This Card
- Add Jet Black Ink Spray splatters to a white A2 cardstock panel. Glue to card base.
- Stamp the Build-A-Garden Magnificent Branch image in Permanent Black Crisp Ink.
- Spotlight color the rose images using the blue and purple family markers in Space Garden Altenew Artist Marker Bundle.
- Use the Magnificent Branch Add On Die to cut the colored image. Trim the image as needed to fit on the A2 sized splatter panel.
- Finish with a coordinating sentiment in black ink.

Floribundant Roses

In order to make this Craft-A-Flower: Garden Rose card, I started with my home garden. This is not the first time I have drawn inspiration from garden. I love the flower so much that I wanted to use the Floribunda ‘Distant Drums’ another time on a card. I love this addition in my garden because of the bright pepper smell it has as well as a shocking variety of colors it has on one stem.
How To Make This Card
- Die cut the flower images from blush cardstock.
- I used a mix of two ink families to replicate the flush of flowers I had in my garden:
- I ink blended both of these colors with the Mini Ink Blending Tool and Detail Blending Brushes.
- For the leaves, I die cut them from green cardstock and added depth with Green Fields Mini Ink Cubes.
- Finish the card with Pure White Ink Spray splatters and a coordinating sentiment.

Beautifully Fragrant Roses

For Paint-A-Flower: China Rose, I drew inspiration from another flower in my garden. This time I delicately colored the roses like the Hybrid Tea Rose ‘Blue Girl.’ The lavender petals and its wonderfully lush fragrance are so memorable in my garden. I can close my eyes and recall it immediately.
How To Make This Card
- Stamp the Paint-A-Flower: China Rose image in Limestone Crisp Dye Ink.
- Color the image with Rock Garden Artist Markers.
- Fussy cut the flowers, separating the two blooms.
- Arrange the flowers on top of a navy cardstock using the Motif Tiles 3D Embossing Folder.
- Add Pure White Ink Spray splatters to the entire arrangement.

I love the references to your garden. Too bad we can’t smell the fragrance along with seeing the gorgeous colors!
I wish Altenew would include a tiny stamp of the name of the flower with each set.
