Fabulous Flora Dies/Stencils/Embossing Folders Collection
How to Make a Rainbow Piñata Card
I love this new Fringe 3D Embossing Folder for playful backgrounds. It is so easy to color and emboss as well for statement backgrounds. I kept this card design simple by adding a simple sentiment on top to coincide with the piñata theme.
How to Make this Card
- On an A2 size white card base, I ink blended a rainbow of colors starting from the top of the card to the bottom. I kept the height of the colors roughly the height of each row of fringe.
- Emboss this panel using your embossing folder sandwich on your larger die cutting machine.
- Rub Antique Gold Pigment Ink on the heigh points of the embossed rainbow panel. Heat set to dry (ALT).
- Add white splatters throughout the panel with Pure White Ink Spray (ALT).
- Die cut the word PARTY from Fine Alphabet Die Set. Add a strip of gold washi tape to mirror the gold tipped fringe.

How To Make a Layered Geometric Background
There are so many possibilities to layer the new Fancy Sweater Stencil Set (2 in 1). There are many argyle motifs you can layer with this stencil set. I went for a knit/purl ribbing look with this stencil. I thought the angular background perfectly complemented the rounded shapes of the simple fruits, even though they’re the same color palette.
How to Make this Card
- On an A2 size white card base, I ink blended Stencil 1 in a gradient. I used all the colors in Four Scoops Mini Ink Cube Set except for Dark Chocolate.
- Shift the Stencil 1 pattern down and ink blend. Repeat ink blending one more time for a total of three iterations.
- Add black splatters using Jet Black Ink Spray.
- Stamp three of the images from Simple Fruits Stamp and Die Bundle. Die cut the fruit images.
- Stamp the So Sweet sentiment in Jet Black Ink. Die cut this image.
- Arrange the stamped elements on top of a bundle of black thread.
- Embellish the card with Black Enamel Dots from Essential Black and White Enamel Dots.

Design Tip for Focal Elements
Do you see how all the foliage from Meadow Burst Stencil Set (5 in 1) converge toward the sunflower? This is a great place to draw attention to your focal point and to your sentiment. I have both in this card design. Making this card only required three simple steps!
How to Make this Card
- On an A2 size cream card base, layer and ink blend the Meadow Burst Stencil motif.
- Add white splatters on top of the stenciled images with Pure White Ink Spray
- Stamp and die cut the largest image in Sunflower Daisy Stamp and Die Bundle. Foam mount this in the center of the Meadow Burst motif along with the sentiment.
