Patchwork Motifs Ensemble

I made two cards using the Patchwork Motifs Ensemble. This ensemble includes a layer stencil, layering stamp set, and coordinating hot foil plate. For this first card pictured above, I mixed and matched an array of dye inks on colored cardstock. I layered the stencil and stamp set for a geometric pattern.

For this second card I used a single tone of ink. I used the Frosted Foliage Fresh Dye Ink Bundle to mix the hot foil plate with the stamp and stencil sets. It was fun and therapeutic to make both repeating backgrounds.

Gradient Washi Tape – Cherry Blossom Complete Bundle

I was inspired by the geometric patterns of the previous two cards. I made this card using the Gradient Washi Tape – Cherry Blossom Complete Bundle. Of course, this collection of washi tapes coordinates with the rest of the Altenew color line of the same ‘Cherry Blossom’ name.

The video below shows a similar process on how I made this swirly card background.
