‘Just Imagine’ October 2022 Stamp Collection

‘Just Imagine’ Full Release

Gracious Peonies Bundle

My favorite peony color palette is blush, navy, and sage. I did more of a color blocking technique accompanied with touches of gold for this abundant bouquet. The Baroque Motifs swirls complemented the wavy pattern of the peonies.

How to Make This Card

  1. Gold heat emboss the large peony cluster.
  2. Ink blend the Gracious Peony petals using Red Sunset for the petals, and Green Fields for the foliage.
  3. Trace the white die cut border from Gracious Peony with a marker that matches your navy cardstock to eliminate the white border.
  4. White heat emboss navy cardstock with Baroque Motifs.
  5. Finish the card with Versatile Greetings die cut sentiment and metallic gold splatter.

Triangle Madness & Versatile Greetings

Triangle Madness is a 3 part layering die set that cuts a layering window slightly smaller than an A2 cardstock panel. I layered two ink blended rainbow panels, one white, and one gold cardstock to achieve this kaleidoscope card. In between each layer is Instant Dimension Foam Tape to create interesting depth on the card.

How to Make This Card

  1. Make two ink blended rainbow panels. My favorite primary inks to use are:
  2. From background to foreground, layer one rainbow panel from violet to red, white cardstock panel, gold cardstock panel, and finally the other rainbow panel from red to violet. I followed the layering guide on Triangle Madness.
  3. Add Instant Dimension Foam Tape to raise each trimmed layer. I cut each layer 1/8th of an inch on all sides.

Imaginary Jungle

The Imaginary Jungle 3D Embossing Folder and Simple Coloring Stencil Complete Bundle is one of my favorites from this release. I love the complete scene I get from this card and it was easy to create. This card involved a little bit of color theory to get this warm palette.

How to Make This Card

  1. Start with a warm yellow cardstock panel. I used the same primaries as the previous card to make my ink blends. The green leaves are made with Lapis Lazuli, flowers with the lighter inks in Red Sunset and Pocketful of Sunshine, and the robin with Red Sunset.
  2. After using the coordinating embossing folder for the bundle, I letter pressed ink on the text side of the embossing folder with layers of blush and rouge to warm up the center of the card.
  3. Finish the card with a Versatile Greetings sentiment and white splatters.

  1. Your cards are all stunning. My favorite is the orange card made with the new embossing folder. I love the image and rich colors.

  2. Imagine holding those giant pink flowers in your cupped hands. In my mind’s eye they are the size of artichokes.

  3. While they are all beautiful, your Imaginary Jungle card is AMAZING! WOW! Whoever receives that card in the mail is in for a treat.
